The Tires Plus dealer in Beloit, WI really helped me out of a jam on 12/18/2009. I was in the middle of a trip (300 miles from home & 300 miles from where I was going) when my alternator went out. I got my car into their shop at 7:50PM on a Friday night & they were closing in 10 minutes. The manager got the auto parts supplier to stay open a little longer so they would have time to pick up a replacement alternator for me that night. The manager & 2 mechanics stayed a half hour past closing time to finish my car that night so I could complete my trip. They went way out of their way to help me out of a jam & when I tried to pay him extra for his trouble, he thanked me, but refused to take the tip. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

really needs help i was there today the customer service i recieved was deplorable, my experience was so bad today i had to ask for my car and leave i had to wait 1:38 minutes after the techs had finished my car after several people came in after me and left i had to ask whats going on i was very polite,, i paid for services that i did not ask for or give permission to be done,,, i been a loyal customer for years and this is the thanks and behavior i recieved today i'm sure i will never go to another tire plus for anything i was treated so awful, i'm sure this is letter i'm writing is not going to be acknowledged
